01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phmacau Casino website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the phmacau Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phmacau Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the phmacau Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phmacau Casino. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine gaming regulations. phmacau strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.

03 Account Registration & Security

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• phmacau will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.
• phmacau reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure, subject to applicable law.

phmacau employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA). We strongly recommend that all users enable 2FA on their phmacau accounts to enhance security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

phmacau supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions on the phmacau Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phmacau account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. phmacau does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phmacau processes withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days, though GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts in your name.
• phmacau reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• phmacau is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phmacau offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time period. Failure to meet requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

06 Gameplay & Fair Use

By using the phmacau Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phmacau Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phmacau Platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or other users' experience.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phmacau Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics , logos, game assets, software, and the phmacau brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of phmacau or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phmacau Platform without prior written consent from phmacau.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmacau and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phmacau's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmacau account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phmacau makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12 Termination & Account Closure

phmacau reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phmacau Platform shall first be submitted to phmacau's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits phmacau's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phmacau reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phmacau will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phmacau Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
